Hello, world!

This is the most amazing list of “Hello world” programs I’ve ever seen. “Hello world” is of course the typical first program written by a computer programmer in a new language or environment. This is a gigantic list of Hello world programs in a variety of different programming languages.
Looking through this list is a great way to remind oneself of the variety of programming languages you’ve used. APL and Prolog bring back “fond” memories. Hahhahahah. Fun!
