Malaise 2

Okay, my malaise has transitioned into a bad attitude. Kind of a “what’s the meaning of life” state of mind. It’s a good thing I have vacation next week.
Alex Dunne of gamasutra graciously offered to let me use his Lake Tahoe house for a few days, so I’m going to get the hell out of dodge and do some thinking.
Last night I grabbed dinner with Doug Church of Crystal Dynamics/Eidos. We visited “Pasta?” on University Ave in Palo Alto. I like that place… we just popped in, had some pasta and a drink, and busted out of there. It was inexpensive and tasty, exactly what I was looking for. Good stuff.
