Peculiar flight vehicles

I was just thinking about this plane yesterday, and then stumbled across an article about it today. I don’t really understand how the Fanwing works, but it sure as cool as hell.

Regular airplane flight still seems like black magic to me, and this goes to the next step. Moller skycars are another thing I don’t quite get. One of these days I’ll sort it all out and build my flying saucer. 😉
